A chocolate chilli stout? Why not? A clean drinking lager \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethat doesn’t taste like the big brewers’? Yes please. A smooth brown ale \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003ebrewed with maple syrup? Get around it. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe have a passion for beer, and wanted to be serving our very own brews \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eon tap. Our brewery is housed in the rebuilt Cobb and Co stables at the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eback of the hotel, so the beer is as fresh as could be. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhen we were creating our beer we looked to our history for inspiration. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe pub has been many things in its time - a blacksmiths, a shearer’s stop \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan\u003eoff, and a general store.
